b)     the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same;
c)     the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject;
d)     the processing is necessary for the protection of the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
And)     the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or connected to the exercise of public authority vested in the data controller;
f)     the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject that require the protection of personal data do not prevail, in particular if the data subject is a minor.

We also inform you that in the context of the employment relationship we may become aware of information relating to "particular data", by which we mean, based on the provisions of art. 9 of the EU Reg., N. 679/2016, personal data suitable for detecting racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union, personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life, genetic and biometric data.

These data may be processed only with your consent or for the cases provided for by art. 9 of the EU Reg., N. 679/2016 paragraph 2. 

Your data will be processed by employees trained and appointed to process personal data for the purposes related to the existing employment relationship and for the time strictly necessary for this purpose and in compliance with tax legislation.
